Seasonal eating includes preserving the current abundance to enjoy throughout the year. Join Rachel Tayse to experience seasonal preservation on the second Tuesday of each month in 2016. Begin this class with a snack that incorporates a sample of the evening's preserving project. Then Rachel will lead the class through making multiple varieties. Everyone will go home with a jar of each, recipes, local sources for seasonal ingredients, and the support to continue preserving at home.
